On May
27, the Ottawa Carleton Home Builders Association (OCHBA) held its 22nd
annual Sammy Awards at a glitzy luncheon in La Contessa Banquet Hall on
Cleopatra Drive. The event recognizes best sales and marketing achievements
in the homebuilding and trades industry.
Richcraft won for Best Builder Sales Office (Place des Gouverneurs)
and also took home the prize for Best Web Site (www.richcraft.com) -
a category that’s becoming increasingly important for builders to help show
what they’re all about, and also for buyers to do their research before
visiting model homes.
Richcraft entered three categories this year. In the third category, Best
Model Home (under 2,000 sq.ft.), The Dellwood received high praise.
The company garnered four awards at the same ceremony in 2004.
